 My Time To Craft's Theme #486

Christmas In July had 50 entries!!! 

Competition ended earlier today, July 28, 2022 at 12 am CT/6am UK.

A new Top Picks badge was created for those time when we have about 50 entries more or less and debuts with this challenge.

It's my turn (Becca) in the DT rotation to pick so I will select 1 entry out of every 10 submissions. I've also tried to select a variety of holiday topics, styles, and techniques. In order of entering:

  MTTC #486 Theme is Christmas in July

Whether or not you participate in our specific Christmas challenge sister blog (MTTCC) or not, many other challenge blogs do a Christmas holiday emphasis in July. 

So this theme is open to any Christmas/wintery topic you want. Topics explored at MTTCC this year have been Nativity, Angels, Trees, Bells, Fireplace and/or Stockings, Sled/Sleighs, Wreaths, Candles/Lanterns, and Christmas Carols/Songs. Lots more are possible and combinations are great, too. 

Let's all find time to craft Christmas in July!

6am UK or 12am CST/Chicago are 2 times zones we share for when competition starts and also ends. Adjust accordingly to wherever you are in the world.

**Readers and participants: Are you aware of MTTC's sister blog, My Time To Craft Christmas challenge blog? If not, the current theme there is snow globes. Its competition run times are a week off-set so 'snow globes' will end early on July 21. Participants can link 3 themed entries over there too. So you can either make more Christmas cards for both of our blogs or make the snow globe cards and enter at both blogs! Either way it's a win-win for all of us!
