Theme #514 is Stenciling.
Anything using a stencil sheet or shape that you've inked, texture pasted, painted, colored-filled, added hand drawn images, etc.
Competition runs August 11-24, 2023 with start and end time references of 12am CST/Chicago and 6am UK.
This theme was suggested by DT Meena.
Bragging rights are possible for Top 3 (1-40 entries) or Top 5 (41+).
